Senior Training Instructor (Job Code: NE-STI-1-4)

In this critical position the successful candidate will fulfill the increasing demand for PMP® Certification training experienced by WGA. The Senior Training Instructor will deliver William George Associates proprietary training courses to organizations and individuals in one or more of the following locations:

Massachusetts Locations: Boston/Burlington and Marlboro
New Hampshire Locations: Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth
Rhode Island Locations: Providence

PMP® Certification is one of the most powerful credentials available in the industry nowadays - employers do require it because of the immediate and sustained improvements to their organizations' financial performance through implementation of the methodology we teach.

WGA's students maintain a 99% first time pass rate on the PMP® Certification Exam. The successful candidate is expected to deliver an exceptional level of student-instructor relationship to maintain the level of quality upon which the Company was founded.

Qualifications: The candidate must be PMP® Certified or working toward the PMP® Certification. A demonstrable 7+ years track record of  documented outstanding instruction in a classroom environment.

MSProject® Enterprise Consultant (Job Code: MSP-NE-CONS1)

The successful Candidate will perform implementation services for William George Associates clients who purchase the MSProject® Enterprise suite of planning and project management tools.

The candidate will be responsible for the business analysis, architecture definition, requirements collection, and implementation phase. Working in close contact with the client, the successful candidate will deliver high quality results within time and budget, maintaining all the project records and through the requirements collection/design/prototype/pilot/rollout phases.

Must be PMP® Certified, or working toward the PMP® Certification. Must have experience with at least two successful implementations of an enterprise project management system. Solid experience with Microsoft Project Server 2003/2007 is highly desirable.
